My After Workout Power Shake Recipe

 

After Workout Power Shake

This is my usual after workout shake, it's delicious and gives you everything you need to feel great and strong! And it's SUPER healthy

  • 1 banana ( frozen/ fresh)
  • 0.5 green apple
  • 10 frozen blueberries
  • 0.5 small cucumber
  • 0.5 cup spinach ( frozen/ fresh)
  • 1 rib celery
  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • 2 branches mint
  • 5 almonds
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp protein powder
  • 0.5 cup plant-based milk (water/ milk)
  1. Put all the ingredients in the blender and add 4 ice cube for a better texture.
