After Workout Power Shake
This is my usual after workout shake, it's delicious and gives you everything you need to feel great and strong! And it's SUPER healthy
- 1 banana ( frozen/ fresh)
- 0.5 green apple
- 10 frozen blueberries
- 0.5 small cucumber
- 0.5 cup spinach ( frozen/ fresh)
- 1 rib celery
- 1 inch fresh ginger
- 2 branches mint
- 5 almonds
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp protein powder
- 0.5 cup plant-based milk (water/ milk)
Put all the ingredients in the blender and add 4 ice cube for a better texture.
