Blanch the fresh broccoli or defrost if using frozen florets.
Now turn the cooked broccoli into a smooth paste, using a blender or a food processor.
When the broccoli paste is smooth, add to it the flesh of the ripe avocado, lime juice, and salt, and continue processing to a smooth paste again.
